Surgery Requirements
Dr. Reid is a member of WPATH and follows WPATH guidelines for surgery. He often performs surgery on informed consent but may require a support letter from a qualified mental health professional recommending surgery.
Age 18 and over.
Hormone therapy is not required for surgery.
How to Book Your Surgery
- Contact Dr. Reid's office to arrange your consultation. The consultation fee of $150 is applied to the cost of your surgery.
- Choose your payment method: cash, credit card, CareCredit or Alpheon medical financing. (Sorry, Dr. Reid does NOT accept Insurance, Medicare or Medicaid.)
- Choose your surgery date. Dr. Reid's wait list for a surgery date is a just a few weeks.
